Storm Damage Reminders!

City Workers have been working around the clock to remove all storm debris on city roads. Over 70 trees fell on roads across Mountain Brook. Please be patient as they work hard to clean up our streets following the storms from this past weekend. 

Amwaste will continue its normal collection schedule with their knuckle boom truck. They will do their best to assist in removing small debris.  Some small debris can be included with your 2nd weekly garbage pickup. Visit the Public Works section on our website to find your collection schedule: http://tinyurl.com/3ywjfykk

If you hired a private contractor to clear fallen trees or limbs on your property, it is their responsibility to remove it. 

Also, if you hire a contractor to repair your home from storm damage, please make sure your contractor is properly licensed to work inside the city and they have a permit for jobs over $500.
